We have heard about hackers accessing credit card databases on ecommerce websites. But on July 25, 2011, InfoSecurity reported that ecommerce players are equally concerned about data theft by employees.
Of course, there is no fool proof method for data security. But several ideas have gained ground.
A fundamental data security concept involves improving the accuracy of user authentication. This method, called two factor authentication, does not rely on a mere password to grant access to your account. Even the U.S. Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) advises the use of more than one factor for identification.

Security is a perpetual paranoia for me as an ecommerce business owner. Please help!
Any suggestions on security measures that small guys can use? This two-factor thing sounds expensive to implement.
