Many ecommerce professionals have developed their understanding of the online commerce space by reading trade books and attending trade shows. However, the ecommerce discipline has expanded enough for colleges and universities to have full-fledged courses on the topic. And we cannot have courses without textbooks, right? That is why, today I am reviewing the textbook "E-Commerce 2012" by Kenneth Laudon and Carol Guercio Traver.
